Description
Alper flexible circuits are made by screen printing. This technology gives them thinner and more flexible characteristics than other.
They are used on multiple applications where signals or electric current conduction is needed. Alper flat and flexible circuit is the best solution in order to guarantee finest support.
The screen printing system uses a special ink, a mix of silver and other components. Its proportional composition is carefully studied and could be adapted to satisfy every request. Dielectric layers protection allows to pass flash tests over 3750 V.
Ultra-flat circuits are easy-to-apply. Upon request, they could be provided with a
self-adhesive layer and also supplied with any type of leads or connectors.
Alper’s continuous research permits to obtain an excellent bonding between circuit and PET support assuring long life performances.

Alper was founded in 1992 as R&D company dedicated to the development of PET carbon heating elements. Alper designs and creates invisible comfort thanks to the production of flexible adhesive PET and carbon heating films, silicon and PVC heating elements and drum heaters; these products are designed for a vast range of applications in different markets and contexts such as Automotive, Ho.Re.Ca, Industry and Medical, Comfort and others.
In few years Alper developed an innovative know-how for production of flexible heating foils, named PTF (Polymer Thick Film), made by silver tracks and carbon paste. Flexible Products
The basic materials adopted by Alper to make ultra-flat heaters (PET - Polyester) combined with the very ductile silver / carbon silk printed paste make the heating elements extremely flexible and adaptable to any cylindrical surface.
Furthermore, Alper can keep the same shape of heaters and modify the absorbed power (produced heat) just amending the carbon paste composition.
The shapes, powers, voltages, types of self-adhesive... can be any, up to a continuous temperature of about 100°C.
